## 1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Alpine Truck Service LLC ("Company", "Alpine", "we", "us", or "our"), an Oklahoma limited liability company having its principal place of business in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and the client, carrier, owner-operator, freight broker, logistics coordinator, or authorized representative ("Client", "Carrier", "you", or "your") ordering, requesting, or utilizing our services, website, customer portal, or administrative systems.

## 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Alpine Truck Service LLC provides third-party logistics support, commercial regulatory compliance, administrative permit procurement, pilot car/escort coordination, and operational consulting services.

- **2.3. IFTA, IRP & Carrier Fleet Compliance**
